Just got the spinach from Eggporium out of the freeze dryer and am preparing to do a test batch of Garden Spinach Sourdough Pasta. Wish me luck! If it is a success, it will be available on August 22 at Kerrs Creek Country Market. Visit the other great vendors this Saturday and pick up your favorites from the farm stand in my absence.
