Bright citrus. Golden honey. A whisper of smoke.

Burnt Embers Lemonade

2 oz Burnt Tavern Double-Barreled Bourbon
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Ā½ oz fresh lime juice
Ā¾ oz honey syrup
2 oz sparkling lemonade
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Pinch of smoked sea salt

Shake the bourbon, citrus, honey syrup, bitters, and smoked salt with ice. Strain over fresh ice, top with sparkling lemonade, and finish with mint and a lightly charred lemon wheel.
