The crew has been slam busy since early afternoon picking up fork and packing coolers for the market tomorrow. This afternoon weâre busy cutting greens for a lovely lettuce mix. And I must say these heads of Romaine look stunning!!

Oh my!!!! While we think our new line of artisanal lettuces are pretty snazzy, this is down right amazing!!

We threw together a few thing to make a beautiful salad.
Spring Strawberry salad - Mixed greens from our friends farm, local strawberries, mandarin oranges, onion, cucumber, feta cheese and topped with almond slivers.

We appreciate everyone reaching out the past few weeks asking about the plants we had in our greenhouse. We didnât necessarily think about selling them but after mini request we put them out on our Haywagon for sale. We currently have out:
Red and White Peonies
3 different types of Basil
And California Wonder Pepper Plants
We will try to keep it updated and let you know what we put out. Will have them priced and you can pay inside is always in the farm store.. Thank you as alwaysâ¤ď¸â¤ď¸

Made a thin crust sourdough pizza crust with Super Sprout flour from Lindley Mills in Graham. We topped it with roasted red peppers, mushrooms, Vidalia onions, fresh oregano from our yard, Gruyere/Swiss cheese, and Crossings sausage. Sooooo good!!!
