7 Years of Wise Bird Cider 🦉 June 12-14th

June 12 – Live Music Kickoff + Nowhere to Wear It!
”Nowhere To Wear It” Theme Night – Wear that outfit you never have an excuse to show off, from elegant to outrageous. We’ve got Late-Night Specials (After 9 PM): $1 off deep-fried items & cider slushees. Enjoy live music from from 8-10 PM!

June 13 – Beach Bonanza Celebration -
First 50 cider pours receive a commemorative anniversary glass (limit one per person). There’ll be summer vibes, beach-themed fun, and patio activities including Kiddie Pools for Everyone, where we’ll have dedicated pop-up pools for adults, kids, and pups. Shop beach-inspired vintage clothing and treasures from from 1-5 PM while you sip on National Rosé Day Specials (12–4 PM) including Rosé pours: 2 for $7, $10 Rosé Ciderita Slushee, and a new Rosé cocktail special for $10. Add some beautiful florals to your life with bouquets from from 1-5 PM, and stick around for an evening of live music with The Other Brothers Band (8–10 PM). We’ll have Anniversary-themed prizes and merchandise throughout the day, as well as a Cider Club Sign-Up Special!

June 14 - Family Day - Tons of activities and entertainment for all ages! Our friends at will have art projects for all from 12-4, Pop-Up featuring a live screech owl from 12-4, Twist & Shout balloon artist making all kinds of creatures and characters from 12-4, and a special edition of Sunday Night Trivia — BLUEY THEMED! Bluey will be on-site (yes, you heard that right) hanging out and spending the evening playing Bluey Trivia from 6-8 PM!

Our new summer menu is 📸 picture perfect! 📸

New eats are available from at Wise Bird, and we’ve upped our gluten-free offerings to make sure there’s plenty of choices for everyone to enjoy (and to pair with our naturally gluten free ciders, of course 😉)

🍟 Parmesan Garlic Aioli Fries (GF/VEG): Crispy fries tossed in a roasted garlic butter and aged Parmesan finish with a drizzle of house-made garlic aioli.

🍪 Jasmine’s Deep Fried Oreos (GF/V): Classic carnival nostalgia — five golden-battered Oreos fried to order and dusted with powdered sugar.

🥗 Ciderhouse Summer Salad (GF/VEG OPTION): Baby spinach with thin-sliced Granny Smith apple, smoky bacon, pickled red onion, crumbled feta, and toasted pepitas.

🧅 Fried Basket (GF/V): A gluten-free trio of pickles, onion rings, and banana peppers, served alongside house-made spicy ranch for dipping.

FREE EVENT! Come cool off, fuel up, and have fun while celebrating the joy of being who you are!

Pride Weekend in Lexington is May 30th, and we’re just down the road from the festivities! Make us your first stop, your pit-stop, or your final destination of the day to cool off, craft, and shine with al the colors of the rainbow. Bring your own t-shirt, tie, belt, etc. (or purchase a Wise Bird Cider t-shirt!) and adorn it with all kinds of sparkle! We’ll have rhinestones, glue, and other fun additions of you to make sure you’re showcasing every side of your personality. Join us in our family friendly taproom for a bite to eat, something to sip on, and find your community while crafting in the name of PRIDE!

🍓 Strawberries on the BRAIN! 🍓 Strawberry Fields is back, and just in time for the Kentucky Strawberry Festival!

We know you’ve been eagerly awaiting the return of this berry-packed summer pleaser, and what better way to enjoy it than while picking your own Kentucky-grown berries and supporting local farmers? Grab it by the bottle or on draft here in the taproom, or at Stepping Stone Farm!

There’ll be food trucks, vendors, a jam competition, the Ms Strawberry pageant, and (of course) craft cider from yours truly ☺️ it’s a great weekend here in central KY, get out there and enjoy it!

Watch the results of the Kentucky primaries with us here in the Distillery District! Our friends from Progress Kentucky will be in the taproom talking about the importance of building relationships and connecting with our fellow Kentuckians — “We lead with what matters to neighbors, not party labels.”

Come together in a welcoming space that supports the freedom of democracy and the voices of the people! Make an evening of it with our Election Night special: order any entree, a side, and 8 ounce draft cider pour for $13! PLUS, Kids Eat Free all evening long (with purchase of an adult entree). OUT NOW! Luke’s Small Batch: Mango & Marrionberry

When Luke gets a wild hair, we always let him run with it…because the results are always 🔥🤌 Introducing one of our sweetest ciders EVER: Mango & Marrionberry, a tasty little number that balances tropical, tart, and crisp all in one glass. The mango brings depth, the marrionberry brings that ripe berry sweetness, and the cider base is a perfect canvas for maintaining everything you love about fresh pressed apples. It is truly a playful pairing, and has already become beloved by our cider-slinging team!

This one won’t last long, so we highly recommend getting it before it’s gone — grab it by the glass in the taproom, or take it home in a howler to indulge over the weekend with friends & family! It’s our final release in celebration of Lexington Craft Beer Week, so if you haven’t gotten your hands on our other releases, ask your bartender to hook you up with a flight of any three new ciders and see what incredible things our production team have been working so hard on.

Bourbon Cherry Wood, in collaboration with , makes a triumphant return TODAY, on draft, to the taproom! Rested on bourbon soaked cherry wood sourced from RD1 Distilling, this cider is punchy and rich with flavor! It’s a classic bourbon soaked cider but with a light zing from the cherry wood, versus a traditional oak, giving it a stand-out body that has you going back for seconds.

We love bringing the worlds of Kentucky-proud distilling and cider making together to showcase just how incredible this state is — come see how we rep the Bluegrass across all our draft lines!
