This sammie will be ON REPEAT! Yum! 🤤
Ingredients 🛒:
Dry active yeast 1 TBS
Granulated Sugar 2 TBS
Milk 2 1/2 cups warmed
Salt 2 tsps
Flour 5 3/4 cups
Butter 1/4 cup softened
Egg wash
Salami
Pep
Provolone
Shredded lettuce
Banana peppers
Peppers of your choice
Red onion
Red wine vinegar
🍞 how to:
Pour warm milk into a mixer alongside yeast and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes in order to activate the yeast.
Combine 4 cups flour and salt. Mix.
Add in the rest of the flour and softened butter. Mix until the dough is sticky, but workable.
Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let rest for 45 minutes.
Roll dough into 8 pieces and shape. Score, then let rest for 30 minutes.
Bake on 350 for 20 minutes and enjoy!
