Brooke Overman’s passion and dedication for teaching hasn’t slowed down one bit since we were left with nothing but our lives and our memories Monday… she loves what she does and she loves the kids in her class. If she’s not taking care of me and the boys she’s thinking about and getting ready for school starting next week!

She’s the strongest person I know and she deserves a little pick me up after this week… plus my birthday is August 31st (the day the contest ends) and I want nothing more than for her to win this!

Got this pond rebuilt right before 5 inches of rain this past week! Putting a solar powered pump behind the dam to get water to the farther ends of this pasture to improve our rotational grazing program to help feed the soil life. Also fencing the cattle out to keep it clean!

Healthy soils = healthy grass = healthy cattle = healthy (and delicious) beef! 🥩 🐄 🌱
