Happy first day of Spring! We now have organic new potatoes and organic French breakfast radishes. The gorgeous organic rainbow chard just begs to be a colorful side for the rosy-colored roasted beet ravioli. And these organic carnival squash add even more color to this transition between Winter and the warm, fresh days ahead.

Another cold weekend in the forecast! Grab some sparkling cider and firewood for a cozy night. We’re adjusting our hours slightly: the store will be open 1 pm - 4 pm on Saturday 2/7 and Sunday 2/8. We have organic cabbages and organic potatoes perfect for soups or braising!
