Took a minute for me to get this posted but here it is. This was for both a fiesta themed graduation party and a taco fiesta event we did later that day. I was so rushed that I only had time to film the first set up 😬🫣. In total for the day we fed about 200 people. We were exhausted, but very proud of the way it all turned out. 👏🏼

Loved doing this set up for a Hot wheels themed birthday party. There was something for everyone. An adult charcuterie spread, a kid friendly cheese board, Mac & cheese bites, chicken bites, pinwheel sandwiches, vegetarian friendly cucumber finger sandwiches and as per request by the birthday boy, Lots and lots of fruit. Don’t forget about the women who cared for you, fed you, clothed you, drove you everywhere until you were old enough to drive yourself, got up with you for school every morning even though she wasn’t the one going, stayed up late working on your school project because you waited until the last minute….the list goes on and on.
