If you're like me, you wish we could have crawfish boils all year. Sadly, we can't, but Jaker Baker Crawfish sausage is a delicious close second!
Make a roll up, Cajun Alfredo, gumbo (my favorite way to use the crawfish sausage, a tater tot casserole.... there's a lot of dishes you can make with it!
We also have some Old Fashion Alligator sausage. The alligator was purchased locally from Porters processing and Alligator farm.
