It's the end of the season, and we wanted to wholeheartedly thank everyone who stopped by, especially our repeat customers.
We met lots of great people all summer long, and learned a lot. Also thanks again to Kenny at the wonderful Barham Cattle Company & Family Farm and Mariah at the awesome The Upper Cut KC .
We'll be around in some form or another next spring, and we're still available to contact by messenger for events.

When we decided to focus on Scotch Eggs this year, we knew the sausage would be pretty important. Over a couple weeks we took a "butcher shop tour" of over a dozen places around KC to find the best.
The Upper Cut KC was one of the first since they were local, but quickly became the one we were comparing others to...and nobody else could beat 'em lol.
Thank you so much to Mariah and her crew for a great season, and working with us on our specialty sausages!

Hey, you wanna see something cool? 😳
This is our color changing lemonade. That beautiful blue liquid is all natural Butterfly Peaflower Tea. It's very mild, like a chamomile or subtly floral tea.
The lemonade is acidic, and the tea is alkaline, so they don't want to mix on their own. Stirred with a straw though, it'll change into a purple-pink color.
