Barnett's Creek Farm & KY Creekside Creations A small family owned and run Alpaca Farm in South Central Kentucky. We concentrate on fiber production for products we sell. We are working family farm.

We have alpacas and alpaca products for sale online and during scheduled farm visits. We enjoy visitors and love to talk about raising alpacas. Hibernation Hats # 2 & # 3! The needles keep on clicking here at the farm. These two hats are made from a sport weight tweed yarn held double. Although it's not Alpaca. 😲 it is a super fine soft merino that is machine washable. Completely hand constructed and the only ones of this kind.

As we slip into our winter hibernation .... remember that our website is available 24/7! We still have a nice supply of warm comfy socks and lots of yarn. If you are sitting and spinning we have rovings as well.

I just finished two knitted beanies .... they should be up on the site soon! There's a storm coming this weekend and we are predicted to get Snow / ICE / Rain ... so I'll be sitting by the fire, knitting a few more goodies for you.

4 New designs for our Santa Sacks available this weekend at Santa's Workshop in the Somerset Mall ....across from the cinema and next to the photography studio. Custom name embroidery available onsite while you shop in the mall. Friday 4-7 PM, Sat. 10am -7pm, Sunday 11am - 7pm. OR pick them up at Nutty Nanas at Somerset Mall during their normal business hours.

We also have stockings, santa hats and stuffies that can be embroidered and a variety of ornaments and gift items.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I truly was NOT ready for it to be THIS Cold THIS soon here in Southern Kentucky. We usually have a pretty mild winter and the really cold stuff doesn't arrive till January, maybe. The creativity cave is the COLDEST room in the house and I'm just popping in there to get my orders packed to ship and do some needed paperwork/computer work....because you know if you don't keep up with that it will come back to bite you in a couple months when it's tax time.

Alpacas don't really mind the snow because their fiber keeps them protected. This is an older photo, but a reminder that we got ALL the cozy stuff to keep you toasty this winter at kyfarmstore.com.
I'll be heading off to Georgia with it all soon for Christmas with the Alpacas at TMMA Farms & Sanctuary.
