Cloud eggs, but make it farm breakfast ☁️🍳
Crispy edges, soft centers, and that golden yolk moment… paired with fresh pancakes + bacon = simple perfection.

Egg Clouds Recipe ⬇️

Ingredients:
• 2–4 fresh eggs
• Salt + pepper
• Optional: parmesan, chives, or herbs

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Separate egg whites from yolks (keep yolks intact).
3. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4. Spoon into little “clouds” on a lined baking sheet and create a small well in the center.
5. Bake for 3–4 minutes until just starting to turn golden.
6. Gently add yolks into the center wells.
7. Bake another 2–3 minutes (depending on how runny you like your yolk).
8. Season + finish with herbs or cheese if you want.
