J & M Shrimp We are raising saltwater shrimp in Illinois. We are taking a big risk and are in the beginning stages, we will keep you updated as we progress.

We are a small farm with a big ideal. Our farm started out as hogs, cows, corn and soybeans, the basic staple for an Illinois farm, but we decided we wanted to try something new for the area. So, we decided to raise saltwater shrimp in Adams County, IL. Most wonder how we are doing this, we have several pools which we have specially designed for us to raise shrimp in and recreate the ocean. At the
