Ready for fall weather?!? 🔥

Want to freeze some Raasch sweet corn for the winter? Here is a little family recipe to help you freeze it! 🌽🌽🌽

Freezing Sweet Corn
1. Cut about 4 quarts of corn on the cob into a large pot. (This is roughly 3 dozen ears, depending on size).🔪
2. Scrape the corn milk out of each cob by raking your knife up and down the cornless cob.
3.Put the pot on the stove.
4. In a measuring cup or small bowl measure out about a 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar or honey depending on how sweet you like it. 😉
5. Add 2-3 tsp. of salt to taste.
6. Add about 1/2 cup warm water to measuring cup or bowl and stir. Then pour into the corn.
7. Stir and let corn cook on stovetop at a medium to medoum-high heat until heated through and sugar and salt are well blended (about 10 min). *Don't overcook it!
8. Scoop corn into pint size, or whatever size containers you have, and secure tightly with a well fitting lid.
9. Place in deep freeze and enjoy ALL winter!❄

When you are ready to pull one out, just let it thaw for a bit on the counter and then warm it up in a small pot. Enjoy!! 🍽
