Pat's Beef Jerky is a family owned and operated business that is located in a small town in central Kansas, along one of the busiest highways in Kansas (HWY 183). Over the years, we have managed to continue growing and are fortunate enough to sell our jerky in every single state. We proudly support the men and women in the armed forces by shipping our products overseas. Our facility creates four d

ifferent flavors of beef jerky that you can purchase in three different sizes. We also produce pepper sticks, summer sausage, ring bologna, bologna, and bratwurst.
