Our dear friend Martin Rice started Tradewinds Spice Company in 2000, selling spices out of the back of his pickup truck at local farmers markets. Since his passing in 2007, his partner Fred Rainville has maintained the spice business. Among the many spices sold, Martin created 8 special blends reflecting the flavors of the islands. My goal is to give the spice company a brand new start by offering the specialty spices worldwide.
