Sometimes we can’t see what’s ahead of us. The path may look foggy, and the next step may not always be clear. But we can trust the One who can see the whole way.

“The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.” — Proverbs 16:9

This morning, as the fog settles over the pastures, I’m reminded that we don’t have to see the whole road. We just have to trust God with the next step. 🙏🐄🌾

Lord, guide our steps today and help us trust Your plan, even when we can’t see what’s ahead.

There’s just something special about ending the day on the farm—feeding the girls while soaking in God’s beautiful creation.

She’s got her very own Jameson heifer calf at her side, and we couldn’t be more excited about this pair.

Good genetics, a beautiful mama, and a promising young heifer — this is what building a herd is all about! 🧬🐮

We’re excited to watch this little girl grow and see what the future holds for her. The next generation starts here at River Crest Angus Farm.

🌾 Harnett Women in Ag meeting tonight! 🌾

Such a great night with some really amazing women in agriculture! 🤎

One quote from tonight really stuck with me:

“Women often say, ‘I’m the farmer’s wife,’ but looking at you all, I see farmers.”

And I think that says it all. We may wear many hats, but the women in this room are working, building, growing, raising families, caring for livestock, supporting their farms, and helping agriculture move forward. 🌱🐄

I’m thankful to be surrounded by so many strong, hardworking women who understand what it means to love this life.

And I also got these beautiful deer antler earrings from my sweet friend Grace at Restoration Exotic Fallow Deer Farm! 🦌❤️ I absolutely love them!
