God reminds us that generosity isn’t about having an abundance—it’s about having a willing heart.

When we pour into others, encourage someone who is struggling, lend a helping hand, or simply take the time to make someone’s day a little brighter, God sees it.

And somehow, in the process of refreshing others, He refreshes us too. ❤️

Day 7: A Year That Glorifies God

Scripture: “Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we dedicate this entire school year to You. May every lesson learned, every friendship made, every challenge overcome, and every success achieved bring glory to Your name. Help us to love You with all our hearts and love others well. We trust You with the year ahead. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

So much fun crafting last night at Smashing Art Glass Studio right here in Lillington, NC! 🎨✨

We made the cutest sea glass succulents, and I’m already looking forward to the next art classes!

Especially the ones that involve CHICKENS! 🐔😂

I have a feeling those are going to be right up my alley! ❤️

Day 6: Families

Prayer:
Lord, strengthen families during the busy school season. Give parents wisdom, patience, and joy as they guide their children. Fill homes with love, grace, laughter, and meaningful conversations about You. Amen.

After dreaming, planning, praying, and working toward this vision, seeing that bulldozer sitting here makes it all feel REAL!

The ground is about to change, and so are some little lives. ❤️

Day 5: Friendships and Kindness

Scripture: “Be kind and compassionate to one another.” — Ephesians 4:32

Prayer:
Father, help every child find good friends who encourage, include, and support one another. Teach them to choose kindness, forgive quickly, and stand up for those who feel alone. Let our schools be places where love is shown through everyday actions. Amen.

Every flower we pass, they stop to pick one for me. if
It's the little moments like these that remind me I'm raising boys with kind hearts. These wildflowers may not last forever, but the love behind them always will.
