Located in the Legacy Arts Building, in the heart of downtown Lima, Ohio - right behind Alter Ego Comics. Follow the path down the side of the building. You have to use the side door to get into the Sidecar!

🍷🥃 Yep, it’s Whiskey & Wine Wednesday and that means discounts on select bottles & pours.

But you know what else it is? Summer! ☀️ Time to roll out the warm weather menus!

⛳ First we’re bringing that country club energy downtown with our new Golf-Clap Menu that includes cocktail classics like the Transfusion and refreshing Cucumber Mule. If you’ve got commitment issues – we see you, we accept you and we enable you by providing a Cocktail Flight where you can try a little bit of everything.

🍸 Then there's our June Features Menu. Are you a Blueberry Bubblegum Lemon Drop person, or the type who sees Salt & Vinegar Chip Martini on a menu and thinks, "Cowards never accomplish anything"? (Just remember all growth happens outside your comfort zone.)

🥃✨ Fantastic night for our Old Forester bourbon tasting with the one and only "Whiskey Pete" Wagner!

We learned a lot, tasted a lot, enjoyed some delicious treats, and even had a few surprises.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special, including Lee Schmiedebusch and our friends from the Allen County Whiskey Society (neither of which I can tag for some reason...)

🥃 There are only a few whiskeys I'd fight my mom in a cage match for. Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel Strength is one of them.

And I can't tell you what this bottle tastes like, because it’s a single barrel and I haven’t opened it yet.

Is that weird? Absolutely not.

That's the beauty and the gamble of single barrels; you're buying a specific barrel's personality, not a carefully blended product designed to taste the same every time.

But here’s what I do know - every OF single barrel I’ve ever had has been an absolute monster. That’s why I feel confident, maybe even a bit smug, putting it on the shelf without tasting it.
