We DO NOT issue refunds on our trees for insects/pests in or on our trees or for any natural causes that are out of our control. Q: Am I allowed to bring my dog? A: Yes. We just ask that you please keep your pet on a leash while visiting. Q: Can I cut my own tree? We have hand saws available if you'd like to cut yo

u own tree. For safety reasons power saws are not allowed to be used by customers. Q: Are you open during the weekdays? A: Saturdays and Sundays only.
