I've had a few people ask about Chevon (Goat). We will be processing sometime in Fall/Winter for Goat. We offer this a few times a year as a treat. Chevon is delicious and a very lean meat like lamb. Cuts we offer are ground, roast, chops and organs. This meat usually sells quickly as well.

Did you know we also offer Lamb. We will have lamb soon in just a couple weeks in August. We are due to process on August 9. Lamb is so good it usually sells out quickly. Cuts available for lamb will be:

So now lets get down to business and get this party started. Some of you already know the ends, outs and what I sell. Some have purchased 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 of a steer or custom orders, personal orders on steers, lamb or Chevon (Goat) from me and know how that works but now everyone that follows the page will understand as well. So I sell Black Angus (most are registered) steers and heifers, lamb and Chevon (Goat) meats that are grown on our farm Thousand Hills Farm. All of these are grass fed only. They have the opportunity to graze on large pastures and are rotated often. They are given no antibiotics (unless absolutely necessary) if ever given these they will not be used for meat but sold off. We never give growth hormones. Our meats are lean and usually grow slower due to these reasons but we are okay with this. We want to provide the best meat with the best taste and have people coming back for more.
