🥩 BEEF ORDERS ARE OPEN—LIMITED QUANTITIES AVAILABLE! 🥩

Tri-Pointe Farms is now taking orders for quarter, half and whole beef. These animals are scheduled to be processed in September, with beef expected to be ready around the middle of October.

Here’s the honest breakdown:

🐄 $5.75/lb hanging weight paid to Tri-Pointe Farms
🔪 $1.00/lb standard processing paid to the processor
➕ Your portion of the processor’s $100 slaughter fee

That comes to approximately $6.88/lb based on hanging weight. After processing, the estimated average is around $10.59/lb of take-home beef—and that includes a mixture of ground beef, steaks, roasts, brisket, ribs and more.

For comparison, Walmart currently lists 80/20 ground chuck around $7.23/lb and Choice Angus NY strip around $19.47/lb. Prices vary by location, but buying in bulk gives you a freezer full of different cuts at one average price.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your order and will be credited toward your final balance.

The shortest turnaround is 30 days, but timing may vary depending on our stock and the processor’s schedule.

📧 To order, email [email protected] with your name, phone number, desired order size and quantity.

Questions? Call or text 423-483-6519.

Quantities are limited, so get your order in early! We truly appreciate everyone who supports Tri-Pointe Farms and trusts us to help fill their freezer.

There’s an old story told in the hills of Scottish Highlands… 🏔️🐂

Long before modern farms and fences, Highland cattle roamed the rugged mountains alongside the clans of Scotland. The land was harsh—cold winds, rocky ground, and long winters—but these cattle thrived where others could not.

It’s said that during brutal storms, when food was scarce and survival was uncertain, the Highland cow became more than livestock… it became lifeline.

Families depended on them—for warmth, for milk, for survival. And in return, these cattle developed something unique:
strength, resilience, and a calm, steady spirit.

Their long hair wasn’t just for looks—it shielded them from freezing rain.
Their wide horns weren’t just for show—they helped them dig through snow to find grass beneath.

They were built by the land… and shaped by survival.

Even today, when you see a Highland standing quietly in a pasture, you’re not just looking at a cow—
you’re looking at centuries of endurance, heritage, and grit.

At TriPointe Farms, we’re proud to carry a small piece of that story forward.
