Starting in summer of 2016, Shotgun Ranch is raising heritage breeds of livestock. The ranch now has six head of Texas longhorn cattle, 27 chickens of assorted breeds and 13 heritage turkeys. Beef will be available in the fall and turkeys will be available fall of 2017. Chicken is available now and again and eggs are sold most of the year.
