It's is Monday and TODAY is my last day here at the Pines Dine! THE DINING HALL IS OPEN TODAY!

All Souvlaki and Pita Pizzas are 25% off!
I have 5 Chicken, 3 Pork, 6 Lamb, 4 Shrimp, and 4 Veggies left. I have about a dozen Pizzas left. I also made fresh Greek Lemon Pilaf Rice this morning for once you can by a side of Rice on its own without purchasing any Souvlaki.

Unfortunately, I am not feeling well today. I came down to the Pod with the intentions of opening but the wind also ripped my menu off the food truck last night and after struggling to get that reattached I'm just having trouble catching my breath. I know I only have a few days left but I would not be happy about getting anybody sick or prolonging myself from getting better. Hopefully I will be open with my normal hours again tomorrow but in the event that I am still not well I will share here again. I am so sorry for any inconvenience. I know I've already missed a few people today.

It's Monday and I want to share my gratitude for the boost in business this last week. It's been really nice seeing all of the familiar faces and hearing everybody's well wishes.

Taki's Souvlaki is open today from 11a.m to 4p.m.

This is my last week with my food truck here in Lincoln City. I will be closed tomorrow and Christmas but will be open Thursday through Sunday with my normal hours.

I am fully stocked and have all the goods! Everything on my menu is $2 off until the end of the weekend or it sells out & I have fresh handmade baklava that is free with any order over $10!

Business has picked up substantially since I announced that I will be moving my food truck to Portland and will soon be leaving Lincoln City. I am extremely grateful for this and want to share again that I have some specials that are good for the rest of the month!

TAKI'S SOUVLAKI WILL BE OPEN FOR JUST OVER TWO MORE WEEKS!

I had been planning on utilizing doordash for the last month while I'm open but they have failed to provide me with a tablet to run their system for over a month now. I finally received one yesterday and it's not functioning. I ordered a bunch of extra food knowing that doordash would boost my sales, but at this time It seems pretty pointless to start it up for just 2 weeks.

It's Monday and I am open today with the end of my specials for this week and some really big news!

I have just over a month left here and I will be moving to Portland to join my family that moved at the end of the summer. Taki's will be reopening in Portland in early 2025 and I'm excited for the future. I've also initiated a doordash account for the rest of the time that I'm here. As soon as the menu is approved I will share that the page is up!

As for the specials, they are as follows:

Pastitsio is a baked pasta simillar to Lasagna made w/Italian Penne Rigate, Lamb, Red Wine, Sheep's Milk Feta, Italian Tomatoes, Cinnamon, Cloves, Greek Oregano, and topped w/rich Bechamel Sauce made of Cream, Eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano, & Nutmeg.

It has been a very slow week with all the rough weather. In an effort to try to drum up some business this weekend I am running some deals from now through Monday.

It's the weekend and I am ready to share some new specials happening now at Taki's Souvlaki!

Firstly, back by popular demand, is my Taki's Favorite Pizza! Calabrese Sausage, Cider Pickled Jalapeños, Pineapple, Sheep's Milk Feta, & Mike's Hot Honey!

Next up, it's that time of year again and wild mushrooms are abundant. I have Wild Mushroom and Chicken Soup! It has Chicken, Greek Orzo Pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano, and is made with loads of Porcini, Lobster, & Morel Mushrooms! $7

Third up is Taki's Pasta Salad. This special has been up for the last month and has done really well but I need to make room for other items. Once it's gone it's gone until spring. $7

Lastly I have added Tyropita to the menu. These delightful little cheese filled pies are made with three different types of Greek cheese and wrapped in layers of phyllo dough and baked to golden perfection. They come three to an order and are $6
