We will be open today same location at the old motel next to dairy queen. There will be no ribeyes today. We look forward to seeing everyone that wants to come get a bite to eat.

Due to the high winds and our tents being out side there is a risk of the tent being blown away we will not be able to open today. Sorry for any inconvience we will be back and running on monday.

With the expected storms across the star tomorrow we will not be set up and serving but we will be back at the same location next to dairy queen in Lincoln for anyone wanting to come grab a bite to eat on Saturday sorry in advance!

For a first day overall today was a good day. There was plenty of learning happening and things that need attention and done different. Thank you to everyone that came and gave us a try I hope it was pleasing.

We plan on opening tomorrow at 11am and we'll will be set up in front of the old motel next to dairy queen in Lincoln illinois if anyone wants to come visit and give e us a try. Look forward to meeting and serving everyone!

Super excited for our upcoming opening day! Just letting everyone know we just put in our.order for our ribeyes for sandwiches and our buns order today. Can't wait to start serving everyone!

Thank you for taking the time to like or view this page. We are a new concession food trailer that will be located mainly in Lincoln illinois at various places. We will be serving 1/4 pound grilled hotdogs/chili dogs, ribeye sandwiches 1 day a week, jalapeño cream cheese stuffed burgers, walking tacos, fries,chips, breaded mushrooms,mozzarella sticks, as well as drinks. We will post daily where we will be located for the day and hope to serve you and fill your bellies.
