This is a mayo and sour cream based pasta salad. It includes bow tie pasta, ham, peas, red pepper, red onion, cheddar cheese, dill pickle and parsley. I like the ham and pea combo 😋.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup is now available. We start with a roux, add chicken broth, and then make it velvety by adding milk and sour cream. The paprika is added early on so that it can bind with the butter. Plenty of baby bella and white button mushrooms. Finished with fresh parsley, dill and thyme. One of my favorite soups.

Rotini pasta salad. I love this stuff 😀. Ours includes pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta, celery, pickled banana peppers (mild), and parsley. We dress it with our own Italian dressing.

Turkey, bacon, mozzarella, and pesto...yes, please!

No jarred pesto here. The basil for this pesto was growing in my garden yesterday 😀.
