Here's our Classic Italian Hoagie! Ingredients include hard salami, hot capicola, proscuitto, provolone, red onion, dill pickles, tomatoes, kalamato olives, roasted red pepper, and an olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Italian seasoning dressing.

We'd welcome any feedback you might have on the sandwich or its packaging. We're always happy to make it better. Someone recently suggested that we add more pickles and we did :).

These are currently available at Just Baked but they are going quick.

I've been trying sandwiches from some of the best shops in Maine and what always stands out is that they're on great bread. We've been prototyping on our own hoagie roll and we're excited with what we've come up with. It's slightly crusty outside but soft inside with a cornmeal bottom and seseme seeds on top.

We hope to have some classic Italian sandwhiches for you soon. Stay tuned.

Soup on the hottest day of the year?! Maybe if your in AC and don't have to cook? Each of our Italian Wedding soups has four white wine soaked turkey meatballs. There's plenty of escarole in here even thought it's hard to find right now.

We made a batch of Caesar salads today that we'll have out tomorrow/Wed morning. There's a canister of croutons right below the dressing. We drizzle italian bread cubes with olive oil that we've cooked anchovies in, then salt and pepper them heavily before baking. We also include a traditional caesar dressing that doesn't skimp on anchovies, garlic, parmasan or lemon.

We've had requests for Broccoli Cheddar Soup so here it is. We'll have it out tomorrow. I use Cabott Seriously Sharp Cheddar and a lot of broccoli, onion, and carrot.

I'm not sure if this was the Greek salad my wife had in mind (she wants one with lettuce), but I really like it. It's already tossed in our tasty Greek dressing. Just shake the container and open. This is a great side for anything you might be cooking on the grill.

Here's a peek at our Garden Salad with Egg. We chop, wash and spin the Romaine. You can't see it here, but there's a cannister of freshly made dressing under the egg. We currently have Italian and Creamy Parmasan Italian dressings for this salad. No Ken's packets here. It's a big salad that can easily be shared by two.
