Another long-time favorite item that was unavailable for a time... is also back in stock - Alpha Tolman cheese from Jasper Hill.   This was a staple cheese we have carried in the store for many years.  It's just an outstanding cheese and is described on the Jasper Hill site as..."a buttery cheese...
