It’s another early morning as the croissants are cooling and Pistacchio ones are filled. My pistacchio cream is in short supply this week so get there early to make sure you snag one. There of course be Chocolate and the Savory Spinach as well.

Well here she is! This is Jenny, my new oven. Sadly, my old one just couldn’t pull through; after 19 years and more than 40,000 cookies I am confident in saying she had a full life.
