Spirited Republic is a craft beer bar and wine shop located on the south side of the square in Lincoln, IL. We offer 40 craft beers on draft as well as 4 red wines and 4 white wines on tap. We also carry over 100 varieties of bottled wine and beer.

We’re setting aside one special night to see just how many Pink Pints this community can put into the hands of people who want to make a difference.
100% of the proceeds from every Pink Pint sold will benefit the LMH Hospital Foundation’s Mammogram Mondays program, helping provide free mammograms to uninsured and underinsured individuals in our community.

Spend an October afternoon walking through downtown Lincoln and hearing the history, stories, and maybe a few things that go bump in the night during the Haunted Historic Walking Tour.

The Rose Room is ready. 🌹

We’ve shown you little pieces along the way, but now that the paper is off the windows, it’s time to tell you exactly what The Rose Room is.

It's a place to gather.

Birthdays. Showers. Rehearsal dinners. Anniversary parties. Class reunions. Holiday parties. Meetings. Celebrations of life. Small weddings. Business events. Or really, any reason you have to get your people together in one room.

The Rose Room is our newest gathering space — a collaboration between Spirited Republic and Guzzardo’s Italian Villa that gives both of us a little more room to do what we love: bring people together.

On busy nights, you may find it being used for additional seating for Guzzardo’s or Spirited Republic. It can also become a private event space, and for larger gatherings, The Rose Room and Limerick Lounge can be used together to give you even more room.

And why The Rose Room? 🌹

We knew we wanted the name to have a connection to the history of this building. Rose Guzzardo was part of that history, and somewhere along the way, The Rose Room just stuck.

Our goal was to keep the character, embrace the history, and create a space that feels special without feeling too fancy to actually enjoy.

Now comes the best part.

You get to fill it with your people, your celebrations and your memories.

These two goofballs are making a movie. 🎬

You probably recognize them as the guys behind our Christmas videos every year, but this time they’ve taken on a project of their own.

They’ve been working hard on a short film and are spending the weekend filming it right here in Lincoln. It’s been pretty cool watching an idea they’ve worked on for so long actually come to life.

We can’t wait to see the finished product—and we’re pretty proud to have these two creative guys as part of our little corner of the world. 🎥💚

The Rose Room was looking extra beautiful for our ribbon cutting thanks to our bestie, Melanie at The Bee! 🌹💐

She created the gorgeous flower arrangement and all of the sweet little bud vase flowers for our tables, and they were absolutely perfect for the room.

Having one of your best friends help make a big day even more special is pretty hard to beat.

If you need amazing flowers for an event, a special occasion, or just because — Melanie is your girl. She’s incredibly talented, and I might be a little biased…but I’m also right. 😉🌸

The grant application for the Logan County Heritage Route 66 Trail was submitted Monday, October 5!

The application requested nearly $3 million in funding through the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program to begin the process of developing a bike trail from Williamsville to Lincoln.

Thank you to the Logan County Board, City of Lincoln, Illinois, Village of Elkhart, The Logan County Highway Department, and the many organizations and individuals throughout Logan County that worked on and supported this grant application.

While we await the funding decision, our next steps are planning with the Tourism Bureau’s new bike committee, building community partnerships, and organizing fundraising to help meet the local match if awarded.

Our goal is to raise $500,000 to support the bike trail long term.
