Everyone in the Lincoln community and Lee county I urge you to take the time to leave an opposing comment on the TCEQ website in regards to the proposed compost facility coming to Lincoln! Keep in mind even if this doesn’t affect you directly if they bring one here I’d almost guarantee there will be more to follow! This link will take you directly to the comment page you’ll need the permit number 47084 and the entity name Break it Down Ranch Road…..you’ll have to enter some personal information but this is just to verify your location and that you can potentially be affected! Smell, litter, increased vermin/buzzards and potentially the most important water quality all the way down to the lake are a few of the negative things along with more! We are enjoying a family Thanksgiving here at the Keith house! What better way than some family fed wagyu cross steak…..this flat iron was definitely as tasty as it looks!
