ChefauChef is Catering is also home of Wham Bam Meal in a Pan, started as a Tuesday night only concept in June of 2018. Wham Bam Meal in a Pan is a fully prepared meal service designed to solve the, "What's for dinner tonight question?" our meals do not require any preparing or cooking. pick up the meals in a pan, take it home, serve them up, and enjoy. You must order in increments of two. two portions being the smallest and the largest Wham bam order to date is 160 portions (Can you beat that?)

Each portion, with tax is $6.50/person and we include a donation to the Food Bank of Lincoln for everypan sold! Pretty neat right!?!?!? You are not only feeding your loved ones but you are also helping to feed other in our community!

Today’s feature at Wham Bam Meal in a Pan is more than a meal. It’s a memory, a tribute, and a plate inspired by one of Chef Aaron’s favorite memories of his dad.

Today we’re serving:

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Roasted Asparagus

This was one of Chef Aaron’s dad’s favorite meals, and it’s one Aaron remembers him enjoying while growing up. So today, we’re putting the Wham Bam touch on it and serving it in his memory.

Now, we do have to make one small adjustment in Dad’s honor. Back in the day, he steamed that asparagus until it was completely mush. We love you, Dad, but we can’t let that happen. Around here, the asparagus is getting roasted.

Food has a special way of bringing back memories. A familiar meal can take us right back to a kitchen table, a conversation, or someone we love and miss.

So today, this plate is for Chef Aaron’s dad.

Love you and miss you, Dad.

And there’s even more meaning behind today because it’s also a Yumraiser Day at Wham Bam.

Monday’s Chef Feature: Pumpkin Spice Butter Chicken!!!!!

We’re saying goodbye to August and welcoming September the best way we know how with a warm, flavorful meal made right here in our kitchen.

Today’s Chef Feature and every Monday in September is our Pumpkin Spice Butter Chicken! Tender chicken simmered in a rich, savory pumpkin-spiced sauce, served over seasoned steamed rice with a side of roasted California blend vegetables.

And don’t let the words “pumpkin spice” fool you this isn’t dessert. It’s savory, warm, comforting, and the perfect little taste of fall as we head into September.
$10 per meal

Our Pumpkin Spice Butter Chicken contains coconut milk and is dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free. IT IS NOT SPICY! Amazing flavor.
