It's been 3 weeks since we had our last pop-up, and while we've been keeping busy we've also been missing the pit!

Now that football season is in full swing, we gotta ask...what goes better with football than ribs and/or pulled pork, pre-ordered and ready for pickup right before the game?

Bringing traditional pit-bbq to your next gameday has never been so easy:

Step 1: Message us through this page (by Friday at 8pm) with your order, and pre-pay

Step 2: Pick up your order at Ami-gos’ World the following Sunday between 11 & noon.

Step 3: THERE IS NO STEP 3!

**ALL ORDERS MUST BE MADE BY 8PM THE FRIDAY BEFORE**

Spare or Babyback Ribs:
$32 for a single rack,
$30/ea for orders of 2, or
$28/ea for any order of 3 or more.

Pulled Pork (5lb min): $12/lb

100% locally grown oak and cherry burnt to smoke-bathe 100% prime beef. And also pork. Well, and chicken too...and sau-ahhh you get the point. Its traditonal wood-fire BBQ!

Join us THIS SUNDAY Oct. 20th for our last pop-up at Ami-gos’ World in Downtown Lincoln!

Order in-person, or by phone at: 217-651-8028, from 11-3 (or until sold out)

After this we will be taking it easy through the winter, but hope to *spring* back into action when the ice thaws. Thank you Lincoln for all the love and support you've shown us, we hope to make this final go 'round the best one yet!
