After more than a decade of brewing beer, building friendships, and serving communities across Nebraska, Zipline Brewing Company has made the difficult decision to close its taproom and beer lounge and conclude its brewing operations, effective immediately.
Although Zipline Brewing’s operations, taproom, and beer lounge will be closing, Zipline Tap & Grill will remain open and continue serving guests. As we evolve into a restaurant-focused organization, we are grateful for the opportunity to continue welcoming customers in this next chapter.
What began as a vision to create exceptional craft beer grew into something far greater than we could have imagined. Thanks to the support of our customers, employees, partners, retailers, and communities, Zipline became Nebraska’s largest brewery and a proud part of the state’s craft beer story.
Along the way, we brewed millions of pints, celebrated countless milestones, supported our local community, created meaningful jobs, and had a lot of fun doing what we loved. More importantly, we built lasting relationships and became part of the moments that matter most: celebrations, gatherings, friendships, and everyday experiences shared over a great beer.
What we are most proud of is not just the beer we brewed, but the people who made it possible. We are deeply thankful to every employee who poured their passion into Zipline, every customer who chose our beer, and every partner who helped us grow.
We close this chapter with immense pride, sincere gratitude, and deep appreciation for the journey we have shared together.
