Recently, our CEO Lisa Smoot, traveled to Colombia with one of our sourcing partners, RGC Coffee, for a coffee immersion trip focused on learning directly at origin.

Over the course of a week, they visited five coffee farms, met with farmers and sustainability leaders, and gained firsthand insight into the work being done to support coffee-growing communities. From regenerative agriculture and water conservation to living wages and long-term farm sustainability, the trip highlighted both the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of coffee.

Experiences like these help us stay connected to the people behind every cup and strengthen our commitment to responsible sourcing. Thank you to the RGC Coffee team and the producers who welcomed us and shared their incredible knowledge and passion.
