This year I had planned to ask for birthday donations to help support the creation of a documentary about the orchard by Shea Salisbury and Connor Claver. In years past I have received generous donations for non-profit organizations helping women and children. As things get tougher for regular working people in our area and across the country Bob and I have increased our donations of time, money and food to local Individuals and food pantries. We will continue to do so. And I have decided to ask those who can to donate to this creative project which I hope will educate people on the importance of whole food and illustrate what Bob has been trying to bring to our area and our world over the last 50 years.

Good morning!
Apples!
We have beautiful Jonathans, Jonagolds, Priscillas and Golden Delicious.
When you come to the Ciderhouse you get a sample of fresh chider to drink and are welcome to try different apples to see what you like.
Jonathans: Good for eating, great for pies and sauce.
Jonagolds: great sweet and tart taste---Great eating apples. I add these to Jonnies when I make sauce, pie or crisp.
Priscillas: Bred to be small---"lunchbox size" apples, great for small hands and excellent keepers. Hard, crunchy, sweet. In a zip lock bag they can last 2 months in your fridge.
Golden Delicious: Classic dessert apple, sweet and good. For eating.
Our cider was pressed Thursday.
We will be pressing cider right up until a few days before Thanksgiving. Email us by Wednesday aot get on the list for Cider Club. Order a 5 gallon mminimum and get 1.00 off per gallon or .50 off a half-gallon. Cider freezes beautifully and you can have it right through the holiday season.
