Watermelon grown on the farm! I always heard you can't grow watermelons in maine. It may be the end of summer, but our watermelons are rip and delicious. Just in time for Labor Day picnics. We also have cantaloupe, sweet corn and other veggies for your cookout.

Cantaloupe are in! We always like to try new things and this year it was cantaloupe and watermelon. Fresh picked this morning and they are delicious. The verdict is still out on watermelon. We may have some next week. We picked two and they are so tasty.

Calderwood Farm will be participating in the Maine Open Farm Day on July 26! We will be doing a tour at 10 am and 1 pm of the farm. meet our farm animals and walk the property to learn all about the history of Calderwood Farm and the regenerative farming practices we have used in the last three years to bring the farm back to production. The farm tour will last about 45 minutes, so wear comfortable walking shoes.
