Supporting the communities where we do business has always been at the heart of who we are. As we begin construction on our new relocated Old Bridge restaurant, we wanted to honor the people who keep this community safe every day. On Tuesday, during our Ground Break ceremony, we proudly recognized the brave men and women of Cheesequake Volunteer Fire Company. Thank you for your service, your dedication, and everything you do for Old Bridge. As we move forward with our relocation, our commitment to the Old Bridge community remains as strong as ever.

Throwback Thursday! Does anyone remember the Haunted PlayPlace at the Aberdeen McDonald's? For over 10 years, Mr. M/Tony Marinello and our incredible crew and managers transformed the space into a haunted house, with all proceeds donated to the Ronald McDonald House. Today we celebrated three extraordinary women whose dedication has shaped our restaurants and our teams. Edie N., General Manager of Union Beach, has given 18 years of leadership and heart.
Tracy L., 1st Assistant of Union Beach, marks 26 years with us and has supported every one of our locations along the way.
Gladys E., former Hazlet General Manager and now a Supervisor, also celebrates 26 years of commitment to our people and our guests. If you see these wonderful ladies, please congratulate them and thank them for all they do.

Today we celebrate Christine Brown, who started with us 15 years ago.
For the past four years, she has built the culture and heart of our Leonardo restaurant. Christine is the kind of person who shows up fully, for her team and for our guests, every single day.
Fifteen years of dedication to our organization is something truly special, and we’re grateful for the countless moments, big and small, that she has poured into every one of our restaurants that she has worked in and every position she’s held.
Congratulations, Christine and thank you for the legacy you continue to create.

Today we celebrated one of our Aberdeen legends, Michael Brown. He started with us on 4/24/1998, 28 years ago, and if you’ve ever been to our Aberdeen McDonald’s, you definitely know Michael. He’s the heart of our dining room and takes incredible pride in caring for our guests.
We shared cake, laughed about the “old” McDonald’s before the rebuild, remembered managers and crew from back in the day, and shed many emotional tears for my father. A special day for a very special person.
