Today is Nolan’s Birthday!🎉 23 years of loving this awesome young man.
He just graduated and is working at Camp Barnabas for one more summer before he starts his job. So he is not here with us🥲 I am sad to not be with him on his birthday, but we will celebrate him when he gets back!

Today I used some of the zucchini from my garden, wild blackberries from our property, and blueberries we picked this weekend. This is what I made and they were all delicious!

Between having to get permits for all the coops plus fencing permits for the attached runs plus a farm use affidavit in AG-1 plus permits for other types of builds it’s getting ridiculous. We own our land yet have to pay for permits to build chicken coops 🥴
