I spy a little 🐸
He’s a bit far from home. Found him in the field when closing up the coop. It’s a bit of a trek back to the lake or creek.
Anyone know what type of frog this is?

So on Monday morning I went about morning chores as usual, let the chickens out, went to check on the sheep and found Wooliam curled up and not following his momma (Petunia) around.
Wooliam was born early Sunday morning. So at this point he’s only a little over 24 hours old. The temperatures had dropped down to 30° over night.
He was seeming pretty weak so I brought the little guy inside to get him warmed up.
We had come across a post about putting the lambs in a bag and submerging them into a warm bath. The bag prevents them from getting wet but it’s a quick way to get their body 🌡️temperature up.
Well ,it did seem to be working and we got him some formula but we were running out of time before we had to leave to our Homeschool Co-op. So what did we do?….
We called our friend, got permission and loaded up Wooliam and took our lamb 🐑 to school! 😂
It took him a few more hours to stop the shivering. We are happy to report after much love and attention and giggles from the kids, Wooliam is doing much better and is back with his momma and the flock.
