Today my mom and I drove down to South Jersey to help one of her friends with grocery shopping. Unfortunately, she was not able to go outside due to medical reasons, so we were happy to do the shopping for her.

You will get a sense of what's like to shop for food and essentials here in New Jersey during the COVID-19 pandemic. We carefully followed the social distancing guidelines and wore face masks and gloves.

We want to encourage you to be vigilant and proactive in assisting friends, relatives and members of your community during the quarantine. Let's support each other during this difficult time.

~ This is a very SPECIAL & EMOTIONAL tribute to my 2nd child ~ RAWbundant! ❀️

RAWbundant was conceived in early 2010 as a result of a major physical and mental transformation due to my newly adopted raw vegan lifestyle. I never planned for if to become a business, but after receiving a HUGE amount of encouragement from people, my raw vegan line of products was destined to come to life.

My baby's BREAKTHROUGH moment occurred exactly 8 years ago after making a highly successful debut at Organic Avenue in Manhattan. I have shared some of the pictures and videos of that unforgettable day below. Our products literally FLEW OFF THE SHELVES!!!

In a few short weeks, our cashew cheeses, kale chips, flax crackers and protein bars spread like a WILDFIRE across health food store in New York City. Even fashion designed Norma Kamali was obsessed with us and began carrying us in her Manhattan headquarter store.

The rapid success of RAWbundant came at a great cost. As blessed and as thrilled as I was, unfortunately I was not prepare to deal with the high demand and complexity of running a food business. Financing, production and distribution were big challenges for a new entrepreneur like me. Even though I reached OUT to investors and banks for funding, none of the offers seemed suitable. And yes, I did apply to be on Shark Tank and even attended Daymond Jones academy!

While RAWbundant has been on hold since 2013, I NEVER stopped thinking about it. After all, this is my 2nd child, one that I created with tremendous love, passion and sacrifice. Timing wasn't working in our favor then, but who knows, perhaps it may work again in the future.

I will ALWAYS LOVE you, my baby RAWbundant!!! ❀️❀️❀️

I'm so excited to report that the last 7 days of total body & screen detox went smooth, productive and exactly as I intended. Got so much purging done both internally and externally. Talk about 'clean-slating' the new decade!
