🤩 SUCH a wonderful weekend! 🤩

In addition to our normal market activities and farm chores, the BHF ladies were able to attend a special Bible study 📖 focusing on women in the Word- their examples of true Christ-discipleship and service. We came away both filled and encouraged to make changes in our lives.💜

Another benefit of the study was that a couple sisters who were in town for it were able to come help us out as we started our semi-annual goat wellness check and pedicure! 🐐 Missy helped wrangle and keep an eye on legs as the goats were coming into the chute, while Juliet kept notes on eye color, body condition, and which buck we plan to put them with in December. 💪 We were so thankful for both their help and the extra time we had together!

We are also thankful for our Lakeland Farm and Ranch Direct Spin Trim Chute that has made this process SO MUCH EASIER!

But Seriously... 👇

😂 Even though I'm not making the move from "farm wife" 👩‍🌾 to "hand model"💅 anytime soon 😂...I'm not joking about the chicken feet!

😲😲😲 Approx. 70% of their total protein content is COLLAGEN 😲😲😲

☕️ One cup of chicken foot stock contains 8-10g protien...so you're getting 5.6-7g of collagen in each serving.

👩‍⚕️ WE'RE NOT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, so we can't verify all the ways collagen can help your skin, joints, and bones...but we CAN attest to the fact that foot stock is jiggly and delcious. 🤤 If you're looking for ways to incorporate more collagen-rich foods into your diet, check out our packs of chicken feet today!
