We are a family farm specializing in freezer trade Beef, Pork and Lamb. promoting and supplying locally raised meat so you know where your food came from. we raise the animals from birth so we know their history, we do not use any growth hormones, the only time antibiotic are used is when the health of an animal is at risk, then only the sick animal is given antibiotics and this is documented so
that we can ensure safe and healthy animals are raised. If you have any questions about how are animals are raised or cared for just ask, or stop buy for a visit.

I’m pretty sure the two yellow are males and the one black one and the brown calico is female and the other black one is male

The freezers are well stocked with beef pork and lamb. We also have Maple Syrup as well. Sorry we are out of bacon at this time. Hello everyone it has been sometime sense we have posted much. It has been a busy winter. With people rushing to the grocery stores to stock up on supplies don’t forget your local farmers that sell directly to you the customer. We have beef, pork and lamb available here at the farm. All of our animals are taken to a local USDA inspected butcher shop for processing. We can be contacted by calling or texting 607-377-2467 PM us or stop by we are here most evening. We have beef available in retail cuts. Our beef is born and raised here on our farm in the rolling hills of the southern tier of New York. Then I transport the animals to a USDA inspected and certified butcher shop about 30 miles away. They do get a little bit of grain and this is grown by our neighbor Buy local and Support local farms and businesses. We now have freshly dug potatoes on the road side stand these are white potatoes. The reds will be dug in the next week or so. If you are interested in larger quantities please contact us. Fall is hear pork makes great cool weather comfort food (ham and cabbage, boiled dinner, pork and beans, pancakes and bacon, sausage and eggs etc...). We have pork available. We have 1/2 hogs and pork by the pound. We can make up bundles so if you want more than a couple pounds but not a 1/2 hog, we can make bundles up based on what you want and how much you want to spend. As many people are aware the Town of Lindley got hit with heavy rain last few weeks. Friday night we got about 5.5” of rain in 2 hours on the farm. Several roads in the area are still closed. The pictures are of our farm and fields we work. The Portable electro net sheep fencing got tested in water and our creek crossing to some of the field has been washed out. All of the animals are fine and buildings and equipment were NOT damaged so we just need to clean up and figure out the creek issue. The creek used to be about 10 feet deep

The cherry tomatoes are starting to ripen and are available on the road side stand. Also the summer squash and zucchini are producing lots of tasty summer goodness. Cucumbers are becoming plentiful as well
With the cool nights earlier in the summer and all the rain the garden is not doing really well we are doing what we can
We have beef and pork available now and only have a couple lambs left for this fall reserve your now a leg of lamb marks a great twist on thanksgiving dinner instead of turkey. Beef can be reserved for custom cutting for early November reserve yours now pm is, call or text thank you the Haar Family
