It’s National Matcha Day 💚Creamy oats, smooth matcha, a strawberry swirl, and a little chia crunch for good measure. This combo just keeps getting better.

Strawberry Matcha Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Oatsome Classic Overnight Oats
• 1/2 cup milk of choice
• 2 tsp matcha powder
• 1 tbsp Plant Ju**ie’s organic chia seeds
• 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• Splash of vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix oats, matcha, milk, and chia seeds. Stir well, cover, and chill overnight to let everything soak and thicken.
In a small saucepan, cook strawberries, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes until soft and jammy. Blend if you like it smooth, then let cool.
Layer oats and strawberry mix. Add your favorite toppings and dig in.

Stir in 6 tbsp of our chia seeds, 1 1/2 cups milk, 3 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/4 tsp salt.
Cover and chill overnight to set.

Shamrock Shake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
• 1 cup Classic Overnight Oats
• 4 Tbsp Plant Ju**ie Chia Seeds
• 1 cup milk (we love Oatsome oat milk)
• 1 Tbsp agave
• 1/4 tsp mint extract
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Maraschino cherry
• Natural green food coloring or spirulina (optional)

Directions:

Combine oats, chia seeds, milk, agave, salt, and mint extract in a bowl or jar. Add green coloring or spirulina if you want that shamrock glow.

Cover and let set overnight.

Top with whipped cream and a cherry before serving.

Save this for your next overnight oats moment. 🍒

Fudgy chocolate brownie, cool mint layer, and glossy ganache on top.

Brownie
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup Plant Ju**ie cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
3 Tbsp water
2 eggs
2/3 cup monk fruit blend
1 tsp vanilla

Mint layer
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup monk fruit blend
1 tsp mint extract
3 drops green food coloring

Ganache
1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream

Bake brownie at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool.
Spread mint layer and chill.
Pour ganache, chill, slice, enjoy. 🍀
