Follow up to the electric pole that came down in a wind storm last month. With better temperatures and blooming everywhere, it was a good day to transfer to a managed hive. Split with a chainsaw. Surgically transplanted combs of brood to frames. Queen is in. Easy temperament. With comb removed from the pole, the bees walked and flew to their new home.

Collected a bee-tree today. This one had wire and metal steps attached. The tree-cutters and electric company were happy. I think I set it upside down :-( It's okay. It'll get a square box in a few weeks.

Vorisek winners at the Pa Farm Show, including Shanna with Best of Show in beeswax and Jake’s Nucleus Mead Best of Show in Mead. Grandkids did well in Youth beeswax.

First honey customer of 2026. Our customers are the best. They know exactly when the snow has been plowed, even on New Year’s Day. Interestingly someone shows up about an hour after plowing. it’s uncanny.

Linesville Tractor Parade. The video is needed to see this creation in motion. Legs and wings are connected to back wheels. Eyes are pails over Christmas yard lights. Entered for Vorisek’s bee yard and Nucleus Mead. Added opportunity to have the Pa State Honey Queen, Alexis, and Princess, Jordan.
