Underground Bakery Brittni- Head baker for Underground Bakery Underground Bakery is a home based bakery I have in my walk out basement that is a whole level devoted to my baking.

It has its own kitchen and tons of space for all my tools, pans, ingredients, ect. I can do anything from cakes to cupcakes and what ever else my customers need. I love being told "do what you thinks looks good" when customers are not sure what they want but also like when customers give me a picture of what they like and then making my own art out of it. Like my motto says "..when no ordinary ca

ke will do!". My main focus is to serve my customers with the highest quality I can provide to them while keeping them happy with the service they receive. I love seeing the anticipation and excitement I seen on a customers face when they see their cakes/cupcakes, it always makes me feel a sense of accomplishment knowing I made someone happy through my baking. Anything else just ask :)

I hope one day soon to have my own bakery but for now I have a regular full time job that does keep me from working on cakes during the day but I get to work on them at night, sometimes late into the night but I hope one day with my determination and my growing number of customers I will be able to reach that goal.
