Check Brandon’s Kombucha BBQ sauce! Secret ingredient was our Mainah Soda Sauce! Perfect level of heat and tang that the whole family enjoyed!

He smoked the ribs for about 7 hours total, and yes, they were falling off the bone!

FULL RECIPE:

1/2 Cup miso
2 Cups kombucha
2 chipotle in adobo chiles
1 TBS ground ancho chiles
5oz White vinegar
2 TBS salt
1/4 Cup tomato paste
1 TSP cumin
1 TBS onion powder
4 Garlic cloves
1/2 TSP Black pepper
1/2 Cup Date syrup
1 bottle (5oz) of Mainah Soda Sauce

Add all ingredients to a blender and enjoy!

We have a wonderfully popular mild sauce made with this great beverage! “Mainah Soda Sauce” has jalapeño and poblano peppers, Moxie, and some Asian-inspired ingredients like star anise, tamari, and mirin to name a few. This sauce is FANTASTIC on white meats like chicken, pork, and fish!
