Latest investment. Brought home an interesting bull the other day. Elysian Meadows Fabulous - ET. He is a Marlu Milestone son out of Valtallina Silver Jay Fate EX 91. Of his closest 11 dams, all are EX but one. Fate’s 7th dam is no other than Marlu Milady herself! A rock solid cow family. This bull was bred by the great John Tenneson. Sharp looking bull, we think.

Our first two King (Jade x Kookie) daughters are fresh. Very nice uddered heifers, looking forward to the rest of them calving in!

The first daughters of Ter-View Flash Clinton are calving in now. They are deep bodied cows with awesome front ends, level rumps and excellent udders. Clinton is a SHF Sparkler flash son out of an VG 88 Top Prize, next dam EX 91. May well be the best bull we've bred to date. Unfortunately, we didn't have semen drawn on him. The Clintons exemplify the ideal balance of strength and dairyness.

We put a couple of close up cows in the box stalls tonight. One is an Issac daughter out of the old Elsie cow( EX91 Imperial) and one is a Hurricane daughter out of an EX Barber. The Hurricane is one of the nicest heifers we've had in a long time. She looks Awesome! Both are due to have calves by King, our herd sire from Avonlea. King is a Jade son out of the world famous Kookie cow.
