From our home raised Durocs 👍👍. Honey bourbon glaze ham 👍

1 - cup honey
1 - cup brown sugar
1 - stick of butter
3 - tbs Dijon mustard
3 - tsp lemon zest
4 or 6 - tsp of bourbon (Jack Daniel’s or you pick)
1 - tsp cinnamon
1 - tsp allspice
Shake some clove powder on top

Cook glaze separate then pour on ham before putting in the oven.

Lay ham on sliced apples. Use extra apples on top of ham once cooked a bit.

Bake on 300F.

Started making one of our home grown Duroc hams last night. Marinated in bourbon, brown sugar, honey, crushed pineapple w/juice, and butter blend over night. Cooked and basted this morning. 👍👍
