Hope you're all enjoying the winter wonderland outside! Jesse and I have pretty much put the farm to bed for the winter and we're in our planning phase. Making spreadsheets and maps of how we want to grow everything for next season. Hopefully some of our chard and kale in our high tunnels recovers enough to get harvested again, but at this point we're waiting for sunnier, warmer days to bring new life to the greens crops.
