FYI-In observation of the forecasted weather today and the low turnout at last week’s event, Bensidoun and the Village have decided to cancel this evening’s Food Truck Social event. Tonight’s event will be rescheduled to Wednesday, July 1.

🎨Haley’s face painting line at Old Canal Days was nonstop!

This girl battled the storms yesterday, and we battled some absolutely insane wind today, but you’d never know it by looking at her line. From start to finish, Haley kept the smiles coming and the paint brushes moving. 💪🌪️🎨

We are so grateful for all of our amazing Lockport fans who stopped by to see us this weekend. Your support, patience, and excitement mean the world to us. ❤️

If you see a long line at a Spin of It event, there’s a good chance Haley is at the end of it creating some magic. ✨

We Haven’t Been Posting… But It’s Not Because We Aren’t Busy!

If you’ve been wondering where we’ve been lately, trust us—we’ve been running! Between public events, private parties, festivals, and markets, our schedule has been absolutely jam-packed. Weekdays, weekends… we’ve had everyone running in every direction.

At one point, I’m pretty sure I actually fell asleep spinning a cotton candy cone for someone. 😂

One of our newest additions, our Full Sipping Station, has been out in Wheaton for the last few weeks featuring both our Lemonade Lab 🍋 and Dirty Soda Bar 🥤, and customers have been absolutely loving it! Thank you to all of our Wheaton customers for being patient while we worked through the kinks and fine-tuned everything. We think we’ve finally got it dialed in, and we’re so excited to keep bringing you fun new drinks all season long.

And we’re just getting started…

We had the BEST time today at Longfellow Elementary 🍭✨

Not one… not two… but THREE Cotton Candy Labs 🎉

These kids didn’t just eat cotton candy—they became Junior Spinners 💪
We mixed a little science, a little history, and a whole lot of FUN!

Each kiddo walked away with:
🍭 A fresh spun cone (made ALL by themselves!)
🎓 An official Junior Spinner certificate
🎟️ A coupon for a FREE cone at the Wheaton French Market

And let me tell you… they were OBSESSED 😍

We had SUCH a blast yesterday at Play Street Museum South Loop 🎉✨

If you’re one of our city followers looking for the PERFECT party spot… this place is already amazing on its own—but add a few fun stations from The Spin of It and it instantly becomes the COOLEST party ever 😍

🍭 We were spinning fresh cotton candy
✨ Glitter tattoos were sparkling nonstop
💖 And the kids were living their BEST lives

But honestly… the real magic? Watching everything else this place has to offer 👇

The little interactive town is ADORABLE. It’s like a mini strip mall run entirely by kids 😂
🚒 Tiny firefighters running around
🏥 Kids leaving the “doctor’s office” with little crutches
🚛 And don’t even get me started on the dump truck… loading it up, dumping it out, repeat ALL day long

PURE JOY.

And let’s talk about the biggest “city concern”… PARKING 👀
I promise you—SO easy. There’s a parking garage right in the middle of the U-shaped strip. Park by the north elevator and you come up basically right across from the museum 🙌
👉 AND if you’re heading to Play Street Museum, you get up to 2 hours of FREE parking 🙌

We’ll 1000% be back anytime we’re invited—no hesitation 💯

They also offer ceramics, field trips, and other events… it truly felt like a magical little world for kids 🫶
